  7/20/2011    The inshore fishing continues to be great! There are plenty of spanish mackerel and bluefish, making for a perfect half day of fishing and some great family fun! 

Offshore: Morehead City in July is the time for sailfish and marlin. Many boats have reported 3 to 5 per day being caught and released!  The mahi (dolphin) fishing continues to provide reel-screaming action. Add in an occasional wahoo and you have one of the greatest offshore experiences ever.
